IMPORTANT HELP

I am in a very big pickle. I absolutely love me some amazing spring water right out a jug. But i do not want to keep buying plastic jugs because it’s a waste. Does anyone know some sort of alternative? I still want to drink spring water without buying plastic jugs. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
We used to have a brita filter jug in our last house because the tap water didn't taste good. It's like 1 gallon, you fill up the top and it slowly drains through the filter so you can have a gallon of nice drinking water on call at all times. I think they are like $40-60 USD but if you keep an eye out I bet you can find one at a thrift store for like $4 USD.

You can also use them to filter shitty vodka and it makes it taste like good vodka.
