Well I went to the premier of Warren's Impact tonight. Basicly it's like home video footage of skiing that probably the majority of people on this site could match, but with expensive cameras. The biggest cliff was probably like 20 feet, there were 5 rails in it. And mostly spins with no grabs. The music couldn't have been worse. But hey, it's what I expected from the lame ass sell outs at WM.

On another note besides the film, WM is backed by, Jeep, Orbitz, Go Fast, all these big money sponsors. Why do they only give out a tshirt and a frisbee when tickets are 22 bucks? Bullshit if you ask me.

 
I didn't get a shirt or frisbee but I got 2 lift tickets. One to copper and one to winter park. I think it was 14 per movie ticket here, I saw it last sat. All the newschool footy was 'borrowed' from pbp and the like. The plane, heli and alaska/steamboat footage was unique and badass.

my parents tried to decieve me by giving me a jewish name, a predominantly jewish neighborhood to grow up in, and circumcision. joke's on them! i'm a christian.

yeah, i'm going skiing saturday. then i'm packing my sh!t in the car, and driving to albany, where i'll watch impact.

idk why people hate on miller, his movies aren't made to compete with MSP/PBP/other companies.... they're made for the general skiing public, who don't do parks or rails much. it's a different type of movie, and i think that too many people forget that.
