Imovie plugin

like insert an image into the footy so it shows while the footage plays. ive found a few different ones but none are free. and yea i know i should upgrade but im just tryin to finish somethin quickly. finally got final cut tho. just havent put time into learnin it yet
 
cant you just in the media browser choose photos and select them then drag them into the timeline?
are you using imovie 08 or HD 06? iMovie 08 sucks IMO you should download 06 on apples site
