my p12's do that, sometimes they don't clip in 100%, maybe more like 97-97.5% but it doesn't affect performance. i believe that he cleaned it but it still doesn't give him an excuse as to why his website looks exactly like mauii's.

yeah and copyright it. I cant wait for the ski game. I have this big thing on my desktop that says: MAUIIS SKI GAME AND SPESHUL COUNTDOWN but it doesnt work since they have both been missing for a long time and seemingly vanished into thin air.

Haha, there is no more ski game. I stopped working on that ages ago unfortunately.

The reason that this matters (to the pople who say stop crying about it etc) is because my website is not just another ski website that maybe 5 people will see in it's lifetime. It is my photography portfolio and sales site, completely seperate from skiing. I have a business to run here, and I can't have people copying my site because it causes complications. Luckily I have a registered copyright here, so it really isnt an issue to worry about. If he doesnt change it, There is a lot more i can do than type useless complaints on here.

hellmuth is a tool for stealing it. there are PLENTY of free templates offered out there he could easily use. Instead, he steals a very good design by mike, and now he'll have to deal with it. wheather that be as simple as changing the design ro dealing with mike with whatever he decides to do.

Yeah, that's pretty ripped off also. I hate it when people rip off designs. When I used to make Simpsons websites I had a pretty good site that became popular real fast... next thing I knew my layout was ripped by some other site, it sucked.
