LineRider5* good call on 1984, it might seem boring and tedious at first but if you have a good teacher to explain every aspect of it to you, its a really good book, it goes a lotttt deeper than it seems to go, you should also read "the politics of the english language" a essay also by george orwell and look at the similarities between it and 1984 to get the big picture of orwells messege, my 12th grade teacher was super big on it and i hated it then, but now i realize it was beneficial.

and immortal technique is a reallly good rapper and some lyrics are disturbing and seem too extreme to some people just like dead prez, but if you dont agree with their views you should try to look past that and appreciate their rapping skills ( at least they arent sampling every beat they make(that i know of) and using freakin ozzy osboure and shit like lil john and most of the mainstream mtv crap.

i saw him in the city and bought his cd. i still listen to it a lot but you don't have to agree with everything he says. he talks about manipulative people and the nation agreeing and falling for the goverments schemes. but you got to think of it this way, those are all his opinions on some things so just don't agree with him. look into his lyrics deeply, its sick

yeah, no shit. technique is one of the most skilledand knowledgable MCs on the planet. i still cant listen to Dance with the devil. i listened to it once, and its soooo incredibly desturbing. but wow, he set out to make a song that really hit you and god damn did he do a good job.

Immortal Technique is overrated. Yeah he's smart, but people on this site see him as a political god. He's really not. He's a socialist. I like some of the stuff he believes in, but you guys give him more credit than he deserves. Don't get me wrong, he's a great guy, just have an open mind about things and don't believe everything you hear.

Read the book "1984". That is how communism works. Yes, it was blown out of proportion to hate on in the 60's, but communism is a horrible idea.

Middle class is not becoming lower class. Lower class became middle class. It's an economic cycle. There's only a certain nader where "poor" can fall before we help them and raise them to upper citizens. Honestly think abotu what you're saying. Would you willingly give up all your posessions, rights, and sense of achievement to have all of humanity equal? Well, I sure as hell won't. Humanity can never be equal. It's shown in the animal world and it's shown in the human world. What's a pack without a leader? What's a hive without a queen bee. WHen you convert to communism you give your rights to the government on a silver platter. I see tax cuts for lower and middle class citizens and higher taxes for rich when a new president comes in. There will always be a middle class.
 
Communism is a good idea, but it just doesn't work. People are too selfish. And all communist countries around the world are shit holes because they are led by bad leaders. Read 'Brave New World'.

i respect immortal tech more than any other artist not because i agree with allhis lyrics but because hes so passionate and truely believes in what he raps about. his music accualy means something while most people do it for money
