Imagine skiing without music

Hard to imagine because it's the only way I ski. Never understood the listen to music & do sports thingie. IMHO in skiing it's also a safety risk too if you can't hear your surroundings ?

Same here , I don't ski with music either.

As much as I love music I prefer skiing without it. It's almost like having a rhythm pumped into my head interferes with the natural rhythm of my skiing.

I put earbuds in for park or for the lift ride up, but if your doing any tree skiing, alpine, or especially backcountry, earbuds can for sure be a safety hazard.

It can be distracting.

I love the sounds of nature, the sounds of the skis on the snow, the wind, And when in the park the sounds of people hitting rails.
