I can now touch the ground with myfist joints by flexing my upper body!!!!!

that nice, i cant even touch my toes with my fingretips, i have flexibility issues. i need to stretch before skiing starts
 
Stop stretchin or you'll quit skiing since you'll become so flexible that you'll be able to give yourself a bjob
 
For those who didnt know yet, I broke my back big time and got 5 vertebrae fused together wich is implying that I,m nowhere near as flexible as i used to be. Last week I went to the physio to see what I,ll need to work on if I wanna get back to a "normal" life and when we tested my flexibilty, the tips of my finger were 16 cm away from the ground.

Since I used to be able to put my hands flat on the ground, it was quite a revelation to me. Anyway, after just one week of physio treatment and training, i can know put my hand joints on the ground wich is not to bad concidering most people cant even do it.

In other words, chances are I,ll be back on my skis way faster then I tought !!!!!

I've been practising flexibility too, in about 1/2 an hour anyone can get their fingers touching.
 
that's pretty sick dude. I had 4 compression fractures on my L2-L5 vertebrea, but none were fused together, damn that must've sucked.

Anyways, i can put both palms flat on the ground w/out bending my knees. i'm pretty flexible.
