long story short a girl sent me a picture, forwarded it around and now the cops are involved

this just happened to my friend a weekago but he didnt get screwd and the cops didnt get involved instead guidence got involved and the chick got in deep shit haha irony?
 
deny it. delete the pic and deny! i'm almost positive a phone company cannot see a picture that has been sent. so as long as you don't have the pic anywhere, you're good.
 
Well in all honesty I dont really know what the reprecussions are like if its you in the picture and you are well, not decent and underage. Is she the one that sent the picture around or were you? Thats key~

Normally if they can prove you are in possession of said illegal material and you delete it its obstruction of justice. You are destroying evidence, but like I said earlier im not so sure he is even in any trouble~

Dude your fucked. You made the mistake of forwarding that shit...What the hell were you thinking!!!! You never forward it cause that kinda stuff spreads sooo fast...The only advice I have to offer is deny that shit and clear your phone or email or w/e...and I dunno your pretty fucked.

ohhh shit dude crazy thing happened to me lsat year...my spanish teacher wore a thong like everyday and onetime it was stickin out like crazy and my friend took a pic on my phone and sent it to people then some kid i know told me mrs Penna(the deen of students) was in his class so i knew it was about that she called me and my other friend down we were waiting in the office i wipped out my phone and deleted the picture right then and there...denied all of it and we were in the clear
 
yeah your fucked....people are gay and will rat you out...something simular happened to me freshmen year.....as a joke i took a picture of the overly obease girl and dubed up the song jump on it with it, i sent it a few friends, they sent it to a few firends and it spread like wild fire....needless to say some homo ratted me out and i got 2, 10 hour detentions....it sucked by it was deffintly worth it....

 
id reccomend droping your phone in a snowbank or somthing so it gets fried. all picts are stored on the phone

but you sent it to people so your probably fucked, have fun
 
hahahaaha this reminds me of my friend in 8th grade mackin' on this girl, they hung out and stuff and then he got her to send him nudes, he showed a couple friends, they he started to sell them around school! hahaha he just got talked to by the principle and shit. it was funny in 8th grade, not so much now

i'm not going to have this on my record becuase all the cops are doing is going to the school and making sure the pic is erased off all of the fones

Wow man thats such a dick move; unless she is completely skanky. If i did that for someone not that I would and they sent it around I would automaticly kick his ass straight up. Thats so messed up
 
dumb idea man. im all for gettin nudies, who isnt? but you got bad karma when you sent it to your homies im betting. good luck though, the cops shouldnt be able to do much unless the phone company has records of the picture and they can find the exact file name of the picture when it was sent.
