For anothe freak mid/late october storm to opening Killington the last

week of October, similar to last season. Being hurt from December on I

haven't been on snow in abuot 9 months and counting. It'll be a 10 by

the time I actually ski....EC guys, pray for that storm to come through, pray for early season!

Now, besides that...post EC resorts projected dates here...I wanna see how long we hypothetically have...

last 2 winters jay has had at least a foot by the end of october(they dont open but tons of people hike), and a season or 2 before that killy opened with early park (1 hip,1 rail) in early oct 20s

yeah im going to start praying but even last year, killy opened late october but then closed again...a week later. all i want this year is an early and late season, so it will be long. i dont mid warm days BUT NO RAIN. and a lott of snow. i think everyone agrees

ya like the east coast is sick, im so glad ive came from here because i learned alot of stuff on hard ice, and alot of jibbing... i need some jumps i live in NY and the first jump we got up was in late january

i am so stoked for the season to start jsut so i acan be back on snow.

but in the mean time im gettin my fill on trailers and rail sesh's.

I'm prayin' for an early season in BC.

Lately, we've had freak heat storms and it's like summer all over again.

I was relieved that it dropped below 16 today, for once.

basically any projected date a resort gives doesnt mean anything cause they cant control the weather.

Rly! No wai!

Killington beat their projected date last season if I remmber correctly with that freak late October storm....like themselves and many others have done it the past....also mountains miss their projected dates by a few weeks...it's a nice benchmark to mark your calanders and count down the days till....usuaully happens right around their projected dates....Killy is usuually money.

killingtons projected date is november 11 and considering they used to open as early mid october (when they were not owned by american skiing company back in the day) they will have no problem opening on november 11 even if the weather is projected to be warm then they will fire up the gun early to hit their date. They will definatly be open by the considering they have the most extensive snowmaking system in the world.
