I need to explain something about orders at getboards.com this time of year. We take a lot of pre-orders early in the season, August/Sept for example- Claim Dvd, the producer puts a release date on it and then that never happens and they keep pushing the date further back. So the customer suffers. The customer does get the video before most others can get it if they preorder it.
As of today if a newschooler orders, I the owner will make sure you get the product as fast as possible
It is weird we dont get many emails from customers on our website asking where the package is?? So make sure you email me tonys@getboards.com or info@getboards.com at anytime.
Guys, I will even hook you up with a free video or dvd if you felt you have not had great customer service from us. just email me now and consider this thread done.
