and it blows...kids are retarded...I don't even want to go on my rounds because I know I will catch some idiots drinking in the dorm. Why can't they just go downtown or to one of the million college apartments where they can't really get in trouble?

well...since I get around $7,000 worth(5900 in free housing and a partial meal supplement + 1000 cash) a year for being an RA...I make damn sure I keep the job and do what I'm supposed to.

If I refer someone...depending on what the charge is (decided by the judicial board after reading my summary of the event), the kids get anywhere from 5 hours of community service, through extensive community service and maybe a class (on alcohol abuse or so), to dismissal from college. I actually let people get away with drinking tonight, but that's only because they were quiet (and scared shitless haha)
