yea ummm, u must either do stupid stuff with them or just idk, salomons are really good no clue what u guys are talking about...
 
Salomon puts a chip in them that detects the binding hole pattern and if it senses any other binding manufacturer,

YEah right. I had Salomons last year that I'd only skied for two months when they started to delaminate, an obvious manufacturing problem. I sent them in for warranty and three weeks later they sent me back my old skis with no explanation. Also breaking a ski isn't covered under warranty because it's obviously caused by the skier and not a defect in the ski of any kind.
 
i was skiing really fast on a chunky hill. I was just straight linning casue its fun. Then i lost control and my skis fell off. My tip dug its self into ground. When my friend picked it up it was flopping all over the place!?!
 
i agree salomon is kick ass. i got the 06 salomon thrusters and they are an amazing ski. and salamon makes good skis. you may have just got a deffective paeir
 
well from your story it sounds like you could've snapped any ski doing that. Sounds like you got it stuck in some snow while going uber fast and you kept going bending the ski crazy foward probably snapping it.
 
dude i know a kid hes not even very big but hes broken invaders, public enemies, elizabeths, motherships so its all about how hard you ski them
 
shit what where you doing? on mine i can lean right up to the toip and sit on them all my wieght on the ski tips, with my skis going vertically down in the ground.
 
i dont really get what youre saying, but i think you mean that the guy drilled too many holes in it or something?

if that is what you mean, maybe he got them remounted once or twice
 
i do that on my 1080's the year where they had the 3 colours for the 3 sizes. i think liek 03? maybe 04? those are my seymour skis, i have 6 pairs, but i porbally rode those the most this year....cuz i just left em up the mtn.
 
What the hell are you doing skiing Salomons in the first place? send that shit in, get a new pair, and sell them off ebay and use the money to get some good skis.
 
Dude I've seen sooooo many different skis snap, regardless of core material. I've seen rossi squads snap, public enemies, this years karmas, gotamas, crossmax's, and probably a few more I'm forgetting about. Any ski can break, there are bad eggs out of every batch.
