my question is why do so many of them have dash cameras??

i'm sure all that shit happens in america like every day. its just that none of us have cameras rolling all the time.
 
I think this was addressed in previous Russia Driving threads but because drivers are so bad they try to cause accidents for insurance fraud. Insurance companies over there lower rates if you have a dash cam so you can have proof of them hitting you, etc. At least thats what I got from other threads
 
I watched this video like 10 times the other day. SOme of the crashes I cant believe happened, like not stopping when a car has stopped in front of you and you have a fucking minute to react. I think all those russians are just drunk as fuck.
 
I drove when I was in Serbia for about two weeks. The one day I was on the highway (two lane) and I passed someone. While I was passing another car passed me on the shoulder with oncoming traffic. You have to step up your game there or you will die.
