I'm moving to Duluth

Got a job in Duluth (actually Superior), so I'm moving there sometime this month or next.

Who are all the Duluth people here?

I ski, duh, not great at park though. But my job is film related so I have access to that stuff.

Also, anybody here rock climb? I'll probably be hitting up vertical endeavors this winter.
 
Would love to meet ya, I'm coaching the freestyle team at Spirit. I'm there quite a bit. Not a huge climber but big into slacklining (yeah i know i'm weird). Lots of Ice Climbing around here. We're getting 6 inches of lake effect snow tonight after a long long drought... Stoked!

Awesome! I'll let ya know next time I hit up spirit. Hopefully this week, but we'll see. I'm living the hotel life till I can find a place.

If you, John, or anyone else reading this knows of apartments available, good parts of town to search in, or people looking for a roommate let me know!

Drive around the area and call the apartments up, see what their prices are and if there’s spaces. Stay away from westside, lots of good apartments on kenwood ave and further up the hill over east/north duluth

I'm not an ice climber but the quarry park is looking really good this year. I work for Spirit and I am here just about everyday. welcome to Duluth.

I'm with John about the places to live. There are areas I would stay away both from the type of neighborhood and location. I like a bunch of places in Duluth but have primarily lived in the East Hillside or now Duluth Heights located near the mall. Maybe you've found a place by now though as it's been 15 days since the last post.
 
Thanks for the advise/insights everyone. I found a place a few weeks ago. Have been traveling a lot so I literally haven't done anything around here. Heading to Lutsen this weekend finally with a buddy and his gf.
 
I also just moved to Duluth hmu on insta/pm me here if you wanna ski ever.
