Alright kid I for one feel for you, as I have been caught in a nearly identical situation. Me and my friends had just finished toking on this unmarked dirt road when a guy drove up and was like "What the hell are you doing here? is this your driveway?" and I was like "No sir I just ran over a mean rock and I pulled off to check my tire. I'll leave right now if it's really that much of an issue." Then he got all irrational and started asking for all of our names so i said "We didn't cause any trouble, sir, and you don't really need any of our names." So, he walked up to my window and started demanding our names. My friend shouted "This conversation is over!" and I went to pull away. He backs up to block me off, and I fishtail around him to get the fuck out of there. I drove like a bat outta hell down a network of back roads to make sure he wasn't following me, then proceeded home.
Anyhow, the point of that story was I understand how innocent situations can turn into serious fuck ups. If it was me, I would have tried to get by without scraping his car. If I knew I couldn't do that, I would have taken my chances and tried to talk my way out of it, minus ramming his car. Just put a little more thought into consequence before commencing action, and you'll b alrite. Its not the end of life, although it sounds like its gonna take a while to patch things up with your parents. accept responsibility, it's the most mature thing you can do in any situation.
On a side note, don't smoke cigarettes. That 'rush' they give you only lasts the first 2 years and then you're a smoker FOR LIFE. I don't know many old smokers, and the ones I do are fucking gnarly. I'm 17, and I have been painfully watching my good friends fuck themselves over with these cancer sticks. And as long as we're on NS, THINK OF WHAT IT DOES TO YOUR SKIING.
