Heroin is not the clearest headed of highs, but its pretty good, and much better than oxycodone ( oxycontin, roxys, percacet)

The best opiate out there is dilaudid (hydromorphone). You will be even more clear headed than you are sober, and you will not believe that it is actually possible to feel. It will blow your mind

a year or so ago there was a guy who made a thread about getting his leg amputated because he hit a tree. He was in good spirits, super optimistic snd stoked, probably because he was either on dil or fent. Shows how ridiculous these drugs are
