my ramp is 6 ft tall with a 9 ft ramp, and i have normal turf on it and i water it down and have used shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer soap, but i still cant seem to get enough speed for my 13 inch high rail.

my jump up to the rail is a foot high but its 5 ft long going at a very slight angle up, and there is about 2.5 ft of flat in between the end of the down ramp and the beginning of my jump. so im wondering why i cant get enough speed.

ive used lots of shampoo and conditioner, and lathered them in but nothing is working.

you the transition of the ramp might be to steep, or try a less long jump ramp.

if the transition is fairly smooth you could also try pumping it

that's not that steep...id vote make it a bit steeper, but make the trans smooth still

other than that i don't know...

yahim going to make a smoother transition today along wtih a shorter jump and a little bit longer flat in between the down and the jump

HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, HALP!!

drop in tower: 5'

ramp: 8'

flat:4'-5'

jump:4' long, 13" high

rail:13' high 10' long

soap: cascade powder detergent

skis: best invaders, they arent waxed.

instead of using carpet on the ramp, screw pieces of pvc into it horizontally so you slide down pvc. its a lot faster. put one every 6"-1'
