I appreciate his style, and im super stoked a kid as young as him is going to be getting the oppurtunities hes going to be getting.

I also think it is great that Level 1 appreciates Style.

so true Brogan was the best choice for level 1. his style is unique and sick, and level 1 does not need another rail slyer (Martini) they already have wallisch, hornbeck, vanular and dadali. congrats Brogan and congrats to every other finalist.
 
yea brogan has sick style. martini has better tricks but i think brogan is way better. GO BROGAN!
 
it resembles tom wallisch's a lot but i'm fine with it cuz i think he pulls it off. he kills it anyways so you got to cut him some slack
 
I'd also like to add this about Nick Martini, for everyone that's upset that he didn't win you will still see tons of this Kid, i can see where level 1 made their decision, Nick is set he has a great sponsorship package from Salomon, that treats him really well and will be getting really far in skiing. I think this oppurtunity is going to Bring Brogan up to Nick's level. We will all see both Nick Martini and Jon Brogan in big movies soon!
 
hence the reason level one movies come out the same and the 1st movie to break away from the idea that u need different types of riders for jumps, some for rails, some for bc and just straight up take it to the streets like snowboarding will be the best thing n e one has seen
 
brogan slays but i think martini got robbed for sure, although i do like brogans style much much more, but martini just had insane technicality and the urban rail transfers? are u kidding me?
 
i completely agree, but if u state on this site that martini should have won u will be bombarded by brogan lovers, the kid is good but martini is just amazing.
 
and brogan is just a steeze myster and martini is not really unknown in my eyes soo biggy upss to j brogz

- yea he did look really smooth on the rails. There wasn't as much rails as his edit from his 16 year old edit but still good. So for winning superunknown does he like get sponsered by level 1 now? This is my first year skiing so I don't know all of these competitions.
 
haha chill out bp, no where on my post was I hating on brogan, kid slays. this thread was the first time i found out that brogan one. all i'm saying is that I know level 1 kills the urban scene, and i'm sure they put a big emphasis on that when they look at the superunknown vids, and the shit that martini did was absolutely outrageous.. rail transfer sw up to spinning out? that shit is hot. and it didn't seem like brogan got very technical at all with the urbans in his edit, although he was def steezy.
 
props to brogan, i'm not worried about martini, he'll find his way especially if everyone remembers how ahmet didn't win but he's been filming with level 1 along with wallisch
 
^exactly. and plus martini is already pretty well known. and has spancerized by solly. martini will still kill it in big movies and so will brogan.

but dont downplay martinis stuff. he pretty much destroyed every rail in the city of denver
 
i like brogans style alot more than martini's, but i was only rooting for martini because that one thing brogan says half way through his edit makes me absolutly hate him.
