So I'm going to Sun Peaks Tuesday the 26th and I don't know what skis to bring

I have 07 Fujatives mounted core center

and Fischer RX8's (almost a race ski)

I'm going with my friend and I don't know if I can bring both pairs of skis.

How's the park up there this year?

I've never been to Sun Peaks before so should I expect good groomers? park? moguls? steeps? powder?

I' not sure I just want the fujatives because I don't know how much I'll be in the park. I realize I'll get bias for the twins but I'm not sure it would be the best decision to just bring them.

I don't know much about their park, cause to be honest it's pretty small and I would have to say it's probably not the resort's interest to advertise park riding. It's really more of a family resort, there are good terrains if you go up to the top of Burfield/crystal chair/westbowl, etc. They also have award winning groomers, like....VERY well groomed, it's almost ridiculous how consistent it is. I would say bring the fuji's cause there's A LOT (MARK MY WORDS) of tourists during late december - early december, especialy asians, so you might want to avoid the lower groomed runs. Depending on how wide your Rx8's are, if they are wider than fuji's bring those, since I heard fuji's don't ride that well all over the mountain (although it should be fun just fooling around and playing with them though). If not, just stick to your fuji's. Overall I'd say there's not that much powder to ski on, I haven't really had a look at their backmountain yet. There's 2 bowls I think, but they don't get that much snow overall, so it's not fresh powder, and um....what else....oh you can do a bit of glade skiing there too. I think you will enjoy your trip, there's so many tourists occupying the lower slopes, which makes the harder runs seem so empty, and you can literally have it all to yourself lol, Lift line ups aren't long at all, and there might be some rollers and tiny booters here and there on the runs, so your fuji's should be fun to play with. Anyways, hope you have a nice trip

Thanks for the advice, I don't like to say thigns like this but the asain tourists in Canada make me so mad sometimes. I usually take a trip to Whistler and damn, most of the asains there are fuckin retarted. Haha come to think of it the family I'm going with is asain haha, but they are cool. If the blacks and double's won't have people I'll probably ski there mostly, for referance the RX8's have a 66mm waist, they own groomers and do ok in moguls but not wide enough to do pow.

Well, there's 9 cm of new this morning and, while it's often socked in up top, that's where the best snow will be! Fujatives would be the ski of choice if you can only bring one. If it clears up, ski off the top of Tod - short runs (can be busy at mid-mountain) but the snow is usually quite good.
