I'm pretty sure Pep wasn't the first, in an older ski video (VHS) that I have somewhere, there is someone who does some kind of revert. I'll look into it.
 
if you spun leftside and the had some thing on your right arm that cradles the air and creates a lot of wind resistance than you could do it. nobody tries them tho because they will never look that good and they are really dangerous.
 
BS you can't do something like that on accident. It must have involved setting up for the jump differently
 
i love how people say it defies physics, its not like it is somthing like a dummy, or a ball that was rotating and magically turned back around. That would defy physics. He just contorted his body around to land it although it was tight and amazing

Im pretty sure in one of the eric pollard edits, its kinda hard to see but Im almost completely sure he does a 180 to 180 other way spin off like a snow bank cliff thing.
