Where is the best place in Italy/Austria/Switzerland to ski?... as in where has the best park?? Also, what time of the season is usually the best ski? I am doing a semester abroad, and naturally I want to bring my skis, get a pass, and shred!

thats a big area to cover. it depends on where youre going to study. there aren't too many universities, also the parks aren't that big of a scene over there...

I will be living in Florence. But I do get a ten day fall break.. which I was going to use to travel and/or ski.

You have the laax park. Which really isnt bad.

Also the kitzsteinhorn is pretty good with mellow parks

you have stubai , hintertux , serfaus , ehrwald , westerndorf , mayrhofen ... all in about an hour drive available , laax is about 3h away from innsbruck , not to forget nordpark wich you can get to ,in about 20 min directly from the center of the city its pretty much the best place to study in europe

florence is not he best place if u want to ski...

Look for smth in the Dolomites... like in Val Badia, Val Gardena. www.dolomitisuperski.com
