first day is this saturday. its way too far awayi just put on ALL of my ski stuff, boots included, and walked around the house for an hour. i then put on my skis and stood in the 3 inches of snow in our flat backyard. god i wanna skihow has everyone's start to season been?

hahah i did the same thing 2 days ago, along with all summer

however the fact that it is about 36 hours away is almost offering me a bit of relief

although ive been so excited ive been absolutly out of control in school.
 
lol, you gotta get your gear on early! i've done it the last two days and my first day isnt till sunday or maybe even next thursday.

just finished my first day on snow, it was orgasmicim so pumped for the rest of the season toohope all of you had a good start as well
 
ya man, idk i probably would trade this early season start for some actual mountains cause Ontario, though the season does sometimes start real early, seems to have a trend of losing like all its snow in December. hope that doesnt happen this yearplus its Ontario, lame.
 
im takin school off this thursday for my first day of the season, ive already worn my gear around the house but i might have to go for some carpet butters in The House later on today.
 
im getting angry, my hill opens tommorow and i cant go then next weekend i am away for my uncles 50th, then I MIGHT be able to ski the next weekend. ughh
 
season's been pretty badass even wit the lack of snow. got like 15 days in so far. a couple pow days. gonna be taken a hut trip for some bc mon tues and weds. so stoked.

im so jelous or you guys. snow gods been a little bitch in the PNW and i probably won't ski till halfway through december
 
still need 2 get my skis remounted, but i hear whitface already has a few park features that hikers have set up, i think it opens in a week or two

i wish i was as lucky as you, my hill's supposed to open on thursday but they only have 27 cms of snow.....................

I put my ski gear on in the house and then went in the backcountry behind the house and slid down the frost covered grass by the house. Then I went back in the house and watched the backcountry skiing in Reasons.
 
yeah I know the feeling I can't believe its finally opening friday YES!!!!!!!!!!

haha i was doing tht last week but we just got 2 feet so i've been out building some kickers in my yard and my mountain opens next weekend so pumped!
