Im confused?

when u upload a picture it can only be 100 k in size. my picture is about 3 MB.

how do u make that file smaller so i can upload it?

uhh im not really good with this kind of thing but i think you either change the format or compress it. but im not sure

make sure to change it to jpeg. if its still a little to big, import it to paint and stretch/skew it until it fits
