In-school suspension seems like a complete win these days if you can browse the internet all day long.
 
yeah- in school for my school was homework, pbj lunch, and you sat in a room with no windows and like 15 kids- couldnt talk, look at anyone, shit was lockdown- and you could only have a laptop for schoolwork and he checked you screen every 5 min

 
no shit. I had to follow some lady to eat lunch when I had in school, you definitely couldn't be on the computer.

If you really really want to waste time, write an essay on a scientific calculator. The one I had you couldn't backspace and each time you type a letter you have to press 2 other buttons. Time flys, takes like an hour to write a paragraph.
 
Laptops?

Damn.

Kids have it so damn cushy nowadays. We couldn't have ANYTHING but schoolwork. If you were even drawing, you got in more shit.
 
yup. We were only suppose to look at our work and straight in front of us, bitch would yell if you looked around for more than 2 seconds. Laptop, Yeah right.
 
Haha same, one time I got an afternoon in there because I threw like 100 bouncy balls all over the cafeteria. If you weren't doing work you just had to sit there. No doodling or anything. The only escape was offering to bring the monitor's lunch tray back to the cafeteria for them. Kids are lucky these days.
 
I graduated last year and all we had was schoolwork, some schools are different I guess. Our administration fucking sucked though.

Do tell the story on why your there..
 
this is basically what we have at our school. i've never gotten ISS (i'm not one to test the limits of the rules) but you basically have to sit in a small ass room with 6 desks and a lady in the back and do schoolwork. when it's lunchtime, you go get your lunch and eat it in the room. no fun and games.
 
wtf you guys got laptops? my school didnt even have laptops, and no one really had any of their own back then. fuck, my school barely had desktops. in school suspension for us meant sitting at a desk and looking at the wall, all fucking day long
 
I'm showing my age a bit here, but my schools computer lab was filled with these beasts...

man my school just had a little tiny computer lab so we didnt get to use the computers often, but i remember when we got those puppies everyone was so excited to try them, they looked so cool ahaha before that we just had some big old ugly beige/gray macs, they were useless ahaha
 
SO damn true. I was in school suspended for 5 days out of my 10 days suspension and all I did was sleep, pretend to do work, go on NS, play games, and during my break go to McDonald's. I got nothing done what so ever. My dad let me stay home the last 2 days of my suspension.

So my suggestions are to you, sleep, game, NS.
 
I got one of those in middle school... wait no, I got two. They never really knew what to do with me... cause who the fuck gets iss in 7th and 8th grade?
 
me and a couple others i know, mooning the highway during gym, stink bombs in our cafeteria, fruit thrown at our vice principal during lunch. all in middle school.
 
Ya, no kidding. ISS was no fun when I was in school... Browsing the web was definitely out of the question. It was tough to even get permission to go to the bathroom.
 
That's what I'm talking about, used to have that little latch that would have to lock in the huge 5 inch floppy or whatever haha. Jesus, now I feel like a dinosaur.
