Im asking this in all seriousness

thats just ewww. there are better sources than newschoolers. medical sites might be a better choice

im not responding to this seriously at all

fucking nasty lol, go to like a medical site or some shit (no pun intended)...

that happens all the time during cross country and such

i eat like a ton of crackers and peanut butter, kinda thickens things up in mah tummy

hahaha nice analogy right there with the roman candle.

umm ask your doctor, or you might be alergic to something

i have eaten 2 full smores pop tart boxes in about a week now. but have had about 4 of those every day for a few months now

that kinda reminds me of poop flying out o my butt.

jk thats jokes

so youre all saying bread and peanut butter

anything with peanut butter, make sure you have something to wash it down with

i do it before races so too much water won't flush me out

umm there is a disease that your problem kind of sounds like.... its called IBS (irritable bowl syndrome) do some research and the best thing for you to eat is wheats and fiber

you're getting too technical

peanut butter=less liquid shits (ew)

bread works, but crackers act like cement, and are better

dont eat like ritz crap, make sure its out of a jar, and don't skimp

well how long have you had dia? is it watery, sludgy, little chunks? had any pain? if so, where, how severe, is it stabbing/throbbing etc? any nausea?

might be ibs/ibd if its been going on for a month now. ever had long term diarrhoea before?

oh and for the record, there is irritable bowel syndrome as well as inflammatory bowel disease. if you often have blood in your stools its probably ibd. either way, you should go see a dr.

webmd.com

that happened to me, i went to a doctor and he said that i was actually really constipated so whatever i ate had nowhere to go or something it just went right through me. kinda nasty, i know

lactose intolerant? it's possible, avoid dairy for awhile and see if you get better. if you do buy some lactaid pills and you're good. if not go to the doctor, it's a symptom of a ton of stuff, good and bad.
