I'm a noob what do i do??

I'm 6' 4" and I have no idea what size skis I need. My boot size is 31

Depends on his ability and weight and where hes going to use them. I'm 6'4 and 200lbs without gear on and I have a few things for different conditions.

Kastle MX88's in a 188 are my main resort ski, Dynastar Legend Pro 105's in 192 are my post storm days ski, Line influence 115's in a 186 are my resort powder ski, Volkl Explosvi's in 190 are my rock skis and a set of 165 World Cup Slalom skis for Scotland.

Best size is probably 190. Just do tons of online research on what you want and narrow your results. Also, if you have a relieable ski shop in your area, there is a likely chance they know what they are talking about and can help you out.
