I’m 12 years old, can ski park, can do backies n shit. I need a pair of park skis and boots. HELP

I have boots that really hurt and dont flex, and i have skis that don’t flex and are weird as hell. Halp. All of said gear is also in a pretty shitty state after being with me for a year and a half. ( I don’t really grow.)

get a job little cunt.

You can’t really work if you’re under 14, unless you wanna cut grass or shovel driveways (what I did when I was 12). Better than a job anyway. But yeah OP try to work up some money so you can get new stuff if you don’t like it.

welcome to NS, OP. being 12 will help because as you can see, 90% of the people here are about as helpful and mature as a 12 year old

what's your budget?

I just want some suggestions, for next season. I don’t care, but my parents will.

gotcha. for boots, the unfortunate answer is that the best idea is to go to a bootfitter to describe what you want but more importantly so they can fit you to a boot, because boot fit is the most important and matters way more than make and model, and those makes and models all vary in their sizes and shapes, for instance some brands and models have skinnier or wider parts than others. so it's not like skis where you can more easily go okay, i want X Y and Z out of this ski, okay great buy it

for bindings i'd say Tyrolia Attack 13s, cause theyre super solid, good value, and light

for skis id make a thread in Gear Talk and describe your size and skiing style and what you're looking for in a ski. off hand it sounds like any typical soft ish park ski would be a decent fit for you (which is good cause that'll make it easier to find for a decent price)

i recommend deciding on a few options and thinking about buying them this spring/early summer because that's when prices go down

I heard the Catholic Church was hiring boys younger than 14. Could be something to look into.
