I have B's in their right now. What other tongues can I put on there? Do tongues from other 3 piece boots they make fit? Are there any softer ones than the B's? I heard there's not.
 
Any krypton tongue should work with the il moros (like 90% sure correct me if I'm wrong someone else). If you're trying to soften the boot up make sure you try to remove the flex control insert in the back of the boot. The B tongue isn't the softest either try Cs, they should be a good amount softer and compare to around a 90 flex.
 
There is a C tongue that is softer. It depends which year you have, they will either accept the og krypton tongue or the kr2 tongue. The og tongue has the trapezoid shape where the tongue bolts to the lower and the kr2 has the new funky cutout. Also the tongue size changes as you go up two whole mondo sizes, so 24 is the same as 25, 26 is the same as 27, and so on.
 
Yeah I have those clear Il moro's. I have C tongues as well but I thought the B was the softer one? Or maybe I actually have the C's in there, I'll have to look. I have the old one with the trapezoid.

Also did they make the new ones 99mm lasted? The ones I have now fit like a dream, Strap them in and don't touch them all day. I guess dalbello has other 98mm lasted boots though if I ever need new ones.
 
If you don't know, you can just pull your liner, all the info is stamped onto the plastic on the top of the tongue inside the boot.

I'm not sure about the last on the new il moro's, the info is on their website. The newest version, the one with the kr2 updates, come prepunched in common hotspots like the navicular and the metatarsals which would explain the 1! mm change in last. They have better heel hold than the older style krypton shells regardless.
