First day of quals kicks off tommarow with 60 men being cut down to 20 and a couple girls being cut down to a couple girls.

Thursday is the last day of qualifying

Friday= first day of the first stop of IFSA world tour/US freeskiing nationals, come out and watch the carnage it should be interesting with this years boneyard conditions.

Saturday = Finals = hotsauce

 
yeah it would suck to have to qualify this year in the awsome mogal field.

hope this storm turns out for finals and semis.
 
I cant believe they didnt close west baldy for the venue, I mean they let gapers ski it the day before the comp, no?. The top of the course was shit but the bottom started filling in today, the bottom killed about half of my friends yesterday. I waited to qual today all day they pushed it back 5 times for 5 hours and I was just beat when it was go time from lapping the tram all day. Nice flatlight/clouds+ icy moguls + im a fatass = couldnt stomp the bottom cliff onto hardpack.

I saw the results, tough break, I heard the course was a coral reef mess at least on wed., but i little better on thur.

I thought you were giving away your spot, what made you end up deciding to compete?
 
they wouldnt give me a refund, hah. Ohh well it was fun. The weird thing is I filled out my regular name on the application and somehow on the lineup it said Ken "Rutecki" Babenco, kinda weird.
