Another quick reminder that this Saturday is the big day! Go tohttp://www.if3.ca/if3/node/7841 for the full schedule and to purchase your tickets...and keep in mind that purchasing them in advance is cheaper than buying them at the door.
We're also happy to announce that SBC Skier is going to be hosting a sweet afterparty at a club called Joe's Apartment (formerly Tonic) which is right across the street from the Vogue.
We're very aware that Whistler is opening on Friday, and I'm the last person in the world who would ever discourage anyone from going skiing, but please keep in mind that this event is something you've all been wanting to happen for years in Vancouver, and your support is extremely important to its future. As I've said before, the bigger the turnout the better it will be in years to come, and it will definitely be scheduled earlier next year as a result. So go skiing on Friday or Sunday, or for a bit on Saturday and then come back down to the city to show your support. You won't regret it.
