Hey everyone,

I have some more info on IF3 Vancouver that I wanted to pass along to everyone in here.

As you may know, it's a one-day event that will be taking place on

Saturday, November 20th at the Vogue Theatre on Granville Street in

Downtown Vancouver.

The event will begin at Noon and run until about 10pm (followed by an

afterparty...stay tuned for details on that) during which the following films

will be shown...

Stept Productions' NetWork

ESK Media's Stadaconé

Dendrite Studios' Out of the Shadows

B4apres Media's Azadi:Freedom

Inspired Media Concepts' Like A Lion

4bi9 Media's Gunnie Season

Level 1 Productions' Eye Trip

Field Productions' Side By Side

Poor Boyz Productions' Revolver

This schedule is of course subject to change, and there will be more

details coming soon on www.IF3.ca. This is going to be the biggest

freeskiing film festival that Vancouver has ever seen, so even if

you've already seen some of these films by then, be sure to come out and

show your support, because the bigger the turnout the bigger it could

be in future years.

See you there.

Will definitely be there.....unless Whistler is open and then I will definitely not be there. Sick idea for a travelling show just may pushing it a bit with the date.

i think the date should be subject to change, because whistler will hopefully be open by then. and i dont wanna miss skiing.also. why isnt msp showing?

That's per presentation though. There will be 5 'presentations' and each of them is a block of 1-3 movies (which you can see on the schedule). So James is correct, for the whole day it will be $65 if you pre-order (assuming the prices will be the same as the Toronto event, which I'm sure they will), which saves you about 10 bucks and gets you some swag.

Oh wow did I ever read the website wrong. My bad. Sounds like the $65 option is the best then.

went to comor today and they said no one has even talked to them about selling tix yet it says they ar on the site

Now that the toronto event is done, it says online ticket sales are done too. No Vancouver tickets. Any idea when you'll put them up on the site?

isnt that whistlers opening date?

i always thought it was earlier but i feel like i just read somewhere it was that weekend.

can whoever is organizing this, go tell comor to get there shit together, I went by there for like the 8th time and they now hav the tickets but are unsure of a price and or when and if they can sell them, and they were not aware that they were selling eye trip tix eather, i had to grill like 3 differnt employees befor the 4th ones new they were selling them

Big update...
Pre-sale tickets are now officially for sale at the Comor location on West 4th. The delay/mix-up wasn't Comor's fault, it was ours, as IF3 jumped the gun on promoting pre-sales at their stores before we had everything lined up with them. Our apologies.
Pre-sale tickets will also be available at the Level 1/4bi9/PYP premiere this Friday night at UBC, and at the Poor Boyz premiere on Saturday night at Granville 7 Cinemas. If you aren't planning on being at either of those, then you can also purchase pre-sale tickets on the IF3 site at http://www.if3.ca/if3/node/7833, or on the Vogue Theatre's website at http://www.voguetheatre.com
The pre-sale tickets are at a reduced price ($14.49 + tax per presentation and $64.99 + tax for an all day VIP Pass), and to see the full schedule/what movies are playing in each of the five presentations, go to http://www.if3.ca/if3/ontheroad2010.
Tickets will also be available on the day of the show at the Vogue Theatre box office for $18 + tax per presentation and $80 + tax for an all-day VIP Pass, so you can save yourself a few bucks if you grab your tickets during the pre-sale.
As Spencer mentioned above, we also launched the IF3 Vancouver Facebook page this week, so be sure to check it out for more details and updates, and to RSVP.
And to answer a few questions that people have asked, yes, there will be numerous athletes in attendance, and a big ol' afterparty is in the works, so stay tuned to this thread and Facebook for more updates.

19, since it will be at a bar. We're just finalizing the plan for the after party, so stay tuned for details later this week.

Also, tickets are now available at all Comor Sports locations.

Are you all sold out of presale tickets per showing? The site doesn't have each screening for sale any more, only the full VIP ticket.

no there was another link somwhere i saw a few days ago to buy them i think....just bought my VIP ticket though and im stoked!!
