If your shop had pipe cleaners, would you buy them if you didn't need them?

STONGLY considering doing this. they have a 176 in. just one pair. i have no need for them. well, maybe i do. i don't know. if there truely are only 500 pairs.... ohhhh. what do my NS peeps think?

meh, I wouldn't. That money could probably be used for something else... like the unexpected stuff that comes up during the season.

who cares if there are only 500 pairs. you would end up using them probably a little, but whats the point of spending that much money on a waste? That money could go to a much, much better use, and probably something more memorable too

Lets just say that it won't make you go from a beginer to a pro. I'm sure you will do just as fine with any other ski.

I've seen them in evry single ski shop I have gone in this year. I have seen them at like at least 4 different shops and each shop has tons of pairs. If anything the ANT is way more rare.

it depends on your reasoning....

If your buying them simply cos there rare than thats dumb, because they're not rare enough to appreciatte.

If you're considering buying them cos they're the sickest park/carving ski on the market then I say yes...

500 pairs considering th number of skis on the market isnt that rare. the demand is probably not going to be high enough. if their were 10 of them and they were all signed by Tanner than I would say yeah go for it. but 500 isnt that rare. especially since its not a colectors item and its going to be used

i remember when the gold chronics came out and people were like OH SHIIIIT they're sooo rare and people started buying them up. But they're like everywhere, i see em all the time

yeh man who fucking cares what it is made out of...its all the same shit anyways right! like lets be honest how many different ways can you make a ski??? 2???

and for anyone who is as thick as a 2x4 i was 100% joking.

so, there are only 14 pairs of arg's on the market and the shop near my house has 10 pairs, i touched a pair

fuck that spend on smethin like heliskiing or some shit buying a ski just cus is stupid yea there arent that much left but fuck u can find better ways to spend $500

They are the same ski as the AR6 with a thinner base and edge. And no 500 is not that rare. Kingswood makes 200 pair a year total, and I'll have 4 of those this year for demo in Tahoe. That is rare. My store has 4 pair of Pipe Cleaners in stock. They will probably keep 100 pair for employee orders. I bet they make more than 500 anyhow. I don't know what the hype is anyway they aren't a good ski for most people. Compared to the AR6 they will have durability issues in the park, wait and see.

Are pure park skis really worth it? I would say no (and I am calling chronics and ar5s scratch FSs more all around, not park, but good in park)

if you are not growing anymore and you dont need the newest ski every year, i say go for it casue u could use it next year or so on so forth untill the ski ur riding is too beat

yeah, if you ski a lot of park you can really appreciate a park specific ski like the ninthward butterlicious.

I could get them at my shop for like 350$........... too bad I just can't get over how ugly they are..

thats the lamest thing i've ever heard...so you wont buy a dope ski cos you think they're ugly? cool!!!
