If you were shop sponsored...

Wondering what you guys/girly's might hope to get from being sponsored by a local shop[/b}. We're planning out this year's team and I'm just curious what you think a local deserves from a sponsor.

Try to keep it real.

employee discounts...unless they're like uber good then maybe free stuff, if not then i'd say just an employee discount

if its his/hers only sponsor..i'd say 1 pair of skis...1 jacket 1 pant 1 shop hoodie 1 shop tshirt and everything else at cost.

hook them up with gear that they dont have cuz if they are that good then they prob have a ski sponsor

i personally think they should get a limited budget of free stuff, and then for the rest of the year gear at cost. anything from skis to stickurrrrs.

i think the rider deserves some publicity, some stickers, and some discounts, but in return the rider should help out with stuff, i think the corelation should be really tight, and both should work well together! so that the relationship and sponsorship is beneficial in both ways!

well from a shop a rider should prob get pro forms, clothing form the shop to rep the shop as well as stickers, and be able to wax and tune when they can for the price of a few six packs being a shop rider shouldnt mean much more.

i think it should mean alot more...i think it should be a friendship dude...cuz you have to work together for the greater cause of promoting something awesome! SKIING!

what if there was a 250 lb. fat guy in a thong and cowboy hat and boots named Gay Donovan who hung around in the shop and whenever word got out that you did something tight up on the ski hill he would rape you in the pooper scooper in front of all the custumers?

Also your shop should have free promotional sloths givin away to custumers. gotta have the sloths man.

if you consider getting prodeals on gear to be a sponsorship, i guess i'm sponsored by sportchek :))))))

idk you tell me? from what you were sayin it sounded like the athelete would just basically get stuff, discounts and put some stickers somewhere, and thats it

well most local shops dont have the money to be giving away too much stuff but the free tuning and waxing is basically worth it

id say one of each thing per season.. 1 pair of skis, bindings, clothes etc. then free stuff that advertises the shop e.g. shop stickers and shirts, and cost price for every thing else
