If you wear contacts...

alright so i get 1 800 contacts and order a few packs of Acuvue advance with hydraclear, my usual kind. so i get them and theres this silver strip on the box that says "ultra comfort series". at first im skeptical im like wtf how can they make them more comfortable? softer plastic or something? so i put them in.

these new edition ones are like amazing. i put them in and like i cant feel them at all. i thought they might have fallen out. if you thought your old kind was hard to feel and like you didnt even know they were in...well these will make you lose your shit. they are like air. get them if you have an option.

i guess i'll have to try them.. but the kind i get are pretty good, when i worked at the country club there was this optometrist and he gave me free contacts called frequency 55.. they work nicely.

skogan you always say i talk shit but come on dude, ive started like 5 threads in the last year and here you are talking about comfortable contact lenses. please, this is a waste of time. dont make pointless threads.

oh someone still a little sore about me calling you out? really, well asshole, read up. see how many kids say they want to try them?

yeah. seriously dont come onto NS anymore. if you do just stick to looking at pics or something. ive said it once, ill say it again- you are whats wrong with NS

its totally worth it, haha i actaully checked too see if they were still in. i just got back from this sportsbar, and the smoke didnt change how they feel.

i just got optix 02 lenses which are real good, i cant feel them really at all but sometimes they dry out a little, and every once in a while when i blink i can feel them

whatever bro, all i know is just about every one of the threads i start is at least 3 pages becuase theyre interesting, thought provoking and meaningful. i could start a thread about how i bough 10 quart sized powerades today for 10 dollars and yea some people will be like "dude thats cool im gonna get some blah blah blah" but in general, pretty boring and pointless. you think im bad for the site because i bitch about your boring threads, in your boring threads that hardly anyone is reading? well i think i enjoy people who contribute interesting information to the site over people who start 10 threads a day on nothing.

shhh you're making yourself look stupid again. just quit. theres no point. just please try to listen to my points. you constantly talk shit on me, and alot of other members. theres no reason for this. just chill out, you dont have to be the coolest cat on here. you try to be the big shot on the playground that is this site. well i can honestly say that no one cares. you just make yourself look foolish. think before you type. if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say it.

bahhahahaha, suddenly a hamrless contact lenses thread turns volatile....

anyways, i fucking hate my contact lenses. i have acuvue 2s right now, and they used to be fine up until about a year ago, when my eyelids became inflamed. ive had to go through countless optometrist visits and 3 perscription eye medicines. and i got these fucking puffy eyes that wont go away because of the inflammation. right now im saving up for LASIK.

I'm not sure what mine are but they're okay, my eyes reacted to them a week ago though and they were super sore, too much protein or some shit so I threw them out, went back to my glasses, which are pimp as hell so it's all good, just contacts RULE for sport...

word timmy, i've been rockin out with contacts since the 2nd grade, which coincidentally was the beginning of my rise to superstardom in athletics.

i wonder if i'm gonna get fat and out of shape if i drop the whole contacts thing in favour of laser eye surgery.

if you wanna say you have good vision, say you hav -20/20 vision. the first number is what you see, and the second number is what the average person sees (at the time this system was introduced). soooooo lets say you have 20/100 vision. what you see looks like it's 100 feet away, the average person sees as being 20 feet away. so 20/20 is not actually perfect vision, as being average is certainly not perfect. 20/15 is a more towards the perfect end of the spectrum.

ive been wearing contacts for 11 years... ive never "felt" them so it really doesnt matter. im not gonna pay triple price for those fucking contacts
