If you think tanners to ghetto

After watching that, (yes, all of it, I'm expecting a cookie.) I find it hard to believe that those guys are skiing for fun. Liek really it all seem slike a kind of a show to me. But don't me wrong, those guys have more style than i have in my little toe, but they just don't seem to be doing it for fun. Just my opinion.

word that vid is one of my favorites I dont know why everyone here has so much hate in them. Shiiest D has probably THE nicest style in all of skiing. Unfortunatly we just dont get to see it that much cause i bet im not hte only one who would pay for a full vid of just Mik flowing lines on anything
 
ya way agreed with dank, i hate people that say tanner is bad or wayyyyy to ghetto, hes really not compared to alot of people, and hes a reallllly hard worker for armada, pbp and other things

this video is old and this always happens when somethign different is posted..skiing isnt a set thing..theres many different riders who have all sorts of style and this sport would suck without people like Mickel who add something new and different.

what all of you dont realize, except whoever posted something about this before, is that the ghetto in france is 10 times nastier than any ghetto in the usa, and BOTH of these guys have been there/came from there. Telling them theyre giving skiing a bad name for being who they legitimately are? shut the fuck up. theyre truer to themselves than most of the kids on this site. i admit, the video was over the top, but it was promoting 9th, and if laurent thinks thats cool, let him make vids like that, dont just sit there and hate. Plus, to top it all off, did you see the riding? jesus christ, fuckin sick. That cork 7 was probably the nicest ive ever seen, bar none.

Consider that this could be the way they both are normally. most of you dont come from where they did, how do you know thats not them? seriously, stop hating so much. if you said, i didnt like it, or i couldnt watch it, fine. youre entitled to your opinion, but whoever took shots at laurent and mik d? shut the fuck up, and think about what youre saying. skiiers who dress a certain way dont give skiiers as a whole a bad name, just as one white person doesnt give all white people a bad name. jesus.

Its not the baggy clothing, but all the other shit in that movie like guns or fighting dogs.

dude, i clearly dont hang out in the ghettos of france, i live in fuckin vermont. ive been there, yes, i have freinds who live there. and i also have framily/friends who live in NY, and from what i personally know, france is much rougher. now dont fuckin judge me, i know everywhere is bad, what i was saying is that these guys actually are like that, so why hate?

The edit was well done, Mik D is one stylish skier but what is with this presentation of being so incredibly ghetto and gangster? Examples: What is the need for a pro skier from Switzerland to have a bullet proof vest? What is the need to have gold teeth? To me it is just them trying to fulfilll some stereotype that makes them seem so tough and bad. This "gangster" trend seems more like a disease to me. It is people copying a group a real thugs and gangsters who developed this way of life cause of where they lived and what they were faced with day to day. I hate all these thugged out kids who act all high and mighty like they are the shit of world, but really they are just copying someone else way of life. Quite sad if you ask me.
