If you have tried the SPK's, Thrusters, or JO Pros

If you have tried last years SPK's Thrusters or JO Pros tell what you think of them. weight, flex, etc. Be brutally honest. Are they really good skis or are they pieces of shit?

i used to ride the spks and i thought they were really good. they were light, had a medium-stiff flex, lots of pop, low swing weight, and a good sidecut. my favorite part was that they are narrower in the waist than most park skis, so they are sweet if you like to land in a carve and not have your skis butter out or slide.

the con is that they don't ski the whole mountain very well. the shovel is too narrow and the flex is a little soft in the tail to really charge once you get off the groomers. but if you just want to shred the park, they are super sweet.

i pretty much agree with everything above.

i came off mojo 80s which where heaps more solid all mountain but the spks still ride pretty well.

The JO pros are a very good park ski but they are soo nerrow that you cant take them anywhere. They are not soft so they ain't too bad for groomer but they suck in powder even if it isn't deep.

I ride 180 Thrusters and I like them a lot. they are actually my first pair of skis so i can't do much comparing. But as far as i can tell, they are pretty flexible and really light. i had a ton of fun on them in the park and on groomers last year.

I saw a clip of someone using JO Pros in powder, they were gayper though and probably just bought them because of the hot models on them, couldn't tell where they were mounted but they didn't look to be skiing very well!

i know these 2 dudes from idaho. forget the mountain. but i met them at hood this spring. and they were both skiing on jo's and we had like 2 feet of fresh when they were here. and they were rocking it. probaly not having as much fun as me on my bents. but anyway, i would get moment jibs
