I've seen a lot of threads about this stuff and decided to just make a cult for it. I'm 17, I don't like my parents very much at all, and I'm sure a lot of you don't either. So PM me or say you want an invite in this thread and I'll hook you up.

think of how much money they dropped raising you. yes you can argue they knew what they were getting into when they had you, but they didnt have to buy you food you liked, or clothes you like, or presants for christmas and your birthday...if your around the age of 15 and under you will think your parents are useless cunts, but one day you will realise that a lot of the stuff they did that you never used to agree on, you will then think...wow they actually did the right thing there.

say you "hate" your parents because theyre not letting you ski for like a month because they found a big ol bag of pot in your room. well if i was a parent who has never agreed on drugs, i would be incredibly angry and of course discipline my child. for all you people who think you had it so bad, atleast your parents didnt smack you every time you did something they didnt agree on, even if you were 4 years old and helpless and didnt know any better.
 
Wow, I understand that you guys have it rough with your parents... but you're posting this on a ski website. Skiing is expensive and I doubt that many of you guys saved up your money as little kids, found a ride to the mtn with your newly purchased ski equipment (from selling magic rocks on the sidewalk or whatever) and learned to ski. Think about how lucky you are to be able to do what you love.

I bet all the starving and poverish people hate their parents for not being able to afford their childrens living expenses, and not being able to provide for them. Grow-up buddy, you have a house, meals and free education and thats because your parents care about you.
 
Was that after you retired from your 6 year career of making sneakers in a tiny dirty room with 1 bathroom break per week, making 17 cents a day?
 
i got my first snowboard when i was in grade 5. i raked leaves in the fall and made about $70 (that was alot for me at the time). my parents gave me $125 for christmas cause they knew i wanted a snowboard, and i got $90 total from the rest of my family (grandparents, aunts, uncles etc). the board package i wanted to get (cheapest at the time) was $300 plus tax which came to $345. i then shoveled driveways to repay a loan i took from my dad for the extra money he lent me to get it. the loan was $60.

sorry it just really pisses me off when everything comes so easy to people and they dont even stop to think how greatful they are for it.
 
see! that's awesome. Everybody needs to read your post, so I'll quote it. People, including myself, don't think about how lucky we are when stuff is handed to us. You should all (me included) thank our parents or guardians for what we have because of them.

I said that because I'm an asshole and was implying that he probably didn't do anything those first 10 years, so he is luckier than others.
 
no i did shit helping my parent out but hey didnt pay me anythiung. Despite the fact that i have to pay for everything myself i still appreciate everything my parents have done for me

 
yeah i cant complain, i buy shit on ebay and rarely pay my mom back for it. im 16 and dont have a job im kind of worthless...
 
i dont hate my parents but i still think my mom is totally insane now, she wil get back from work and start stomping her feet as loud as she can around the house muttering "fuck fuck fuck mother fucker" then she will start screaming my name as loud as she can and make me do useless work while screaming at me while i do it. it gets really annoying and kinda creapy, this happens like 4 days a week. then my dad will get home and she will act completely normal.

 
i think this cult was misrepresented. it should be the "help with irrational/unlogial parents cult. because sometimes, they are wrong.
 
you pay for EVERYTHING yourself? does this include food? cable? payments for the house that you live in? internet? the computer you're using? your clothes?

I love how over half of the people who clicked on this thread don't even hate their parents at all. Way to respect the title of this thread idiots!

That being said... I am a hypocrite. I love my parents so much. Yeah, they've spent alot of time, love, and money in raising me but I appreciate every fucking bit of it.

I don't know why everyone is hating on this, at least he is trying to get all the 'i hate my parents' threads out of nsg so it doesn't have to bother all of you. I don't hate my mom, and i know that she has done a lot for me and spent a good amount of money on things i wanted to do and did. Just because i took an invite it doesn't mean i'm ungrateful. I'd imagine there would be threads in there about issues that they are having with their parents too and just want to know how to deal with it. Not just "i hate my parents and never want to see them again"

Not as if i know you're parents, but ever think it's the odd time that you do something retarded, get bitched at, so on, and then just want to rant about it. But as time goes on you realise that you can never really HATE them.

I'm just up for the ranting/venting.

personaly, i would have preffered getting smacked most of the time instead of the other punishments i got.

get hit 2-3 times is always better than not skiing even for 2-3 days.
 
if you don't like them then move out and live on your own and support yourself with a full time job paying the bills and having all the freedom... but you wont because you cant live on your own, and you need to parents support till your ready to do so... stop complaing

tv, fridge, bed, table

rent

food thats not pre frozen

skiing.

try that and with no help from you parental unit and you will see how much they did for you.
