If you had acl or mcl damage, please read

alright so i had acl replacement surgery a year and half ago... and recently when ever i flex my knee real hard it starts hurting on the lower left side (its my left knee) like only when i go to walk on it, it feels weak and hurts.
it only happend when i did decline bench press, and had to have my knee bent in that awkward position, and i was exerting pressure on it... well tonight we had a loose football scrimage and when i was blocking someone it started hurting like how i mentioned before.....
idk what it is, i dont think it is quite important enough to go to the doctors yet, it usually goes away, so i figured i see if anyone, who had acl surgery or had their mcl messed up, has this problem...

i had surgery last february on my left knee ...and my left side back of left knee has also been hurting me. not really like how you described, but i have some pain and something strained back there i think for a while now. im gonna really strengthen up my legs at the gyms this summer and see how much that helps me
for you if the pain doesnt go away id see your doctor thats all i can think of

having that kind of pain a year and a half after the surgery is not normal you should probably see your doctor
