If you got 2 seconds help out us NH residents

even if you do get it "legal" in the state (which wont happen), its still illegal by federal law. so you can still get screwed. theres no way around it.

Actually, you're wrong. Anyways, the petition is just to get it on the ballot. You know it will not pass anyways because the pot heads don't have enough ambition to go out and make a difference.

i donno, we had a huge convorsation about this with the teacher in my history class the other day. one kid was saying how its "legal" in denver or whatever, then he explained this long thing how its still illegal under federal law, and states cannot go against federal law, and federal law always wins. BUT they will turn their heads and not make a big deal about it sometimes. i dont really remember

do you really think the fbi is worried about kids smoking weed int their car. i dont think that federal law is really an issue here

Because there is a market for Tobacco, and the amount grown and sold is contolled by the government, so they are makig money by taxing it, same with Alchohol. It's far easier to grow your own Canabis plant for your own personal use (becasue it requires only minimal gardening skills, not a distillery and so on) and the government won't be able to control the amount grown or sold, so they won't make money off it, simple as that.

You are quite mistaken my friend, The bill in Denver passed and it IS legal for adults 21 and over to posess up to one ounce. HOWEVER, state law takes precedence over city law, so the Denver police can still arrest you under state law. But it is a step in the right direction...

It was the statewide initiative that lost. I think it was like 32% voted yes and 68% voted no.

He is, OBVIOUSLY.

his real name is probably kyle. and he's just giving himself a nickname. like Rza, or J-lo. Cant you tell be the icon?

hey here's a great idea, let's legalize marijuana and completely ignore of the shit that happend in the Netherlands.

fucking pot heads

i meant that the recreational drug laws arent going to be enforced by the government. and yes the fbi would be the ones to enforce national law

Actually he's right. Mariuana was made illegal during the great depression. One of the main reasons was because it was most popular among mexicans, who were taking all the jobs because they worked for next to nothing. So we criminalized it in an effort to get rid of the mexicans.

Actually the black race made a very big impression on the criminalization of marijuana. I know the Mexicans had a part in it, but it wasn't solely the Mexicans.

hey, who the hell do you think enforces federal law if something is legal in a state, but not by the federal government? that would be the FBI

yeah but would you bother with that if you could get it really cheap. Which it would be if it could be grown on farms and not have to be smuggled everywhere.

Sorry Gang but I'd def argue that tobacco DOES alter your state of mind. C'mon, look at someone who is a tobacco addict who hasn't been able to smoke a butt all day, they're twitchy and agitated. As soon as they haul in a big puff of noxious fumes the look on thier face turns to a blissful relaxed happiness. (their breath goes to shit, their hair reeks and their teeth turn yellow like their fingertips, but they look happy)

Kinda reminds me of all the scenes of "pot heads" in Reefer Madness... funny that?

the city of denver legalized marijuana and they are waiting for the state law and federal law to take precident over it, but for now its all good

in denver you could have an 1/8 and denver city cops couldnt do anything but they could call a state trooper and theyd fuck you over so really it doesnt help at all
