If you follow Saga outerwear's fit guidelines, will it be a long fit?

So I am having trouble finding Saga gear in stores and am probably going to have to order online. I am a 5'7" and 140 pounds with a slim build. Do you think a large pant and jacket would fit me? I am looking at the Monarch 3L jacket.

My XL on deck goes almost half way between my hips and knees, and I'm 6 feet tall. You're going to want the L.

I'm 5'10" 150 and wear XL, but it's pretty huge. If I was 3 inches shorter I would go with L for sure
