we all know the feeling of getting on the slopes early to catch first tracks, but what alot of skiers don't know is what we do to groom the trails so you can have that feeling. In my opinion to be a good skier you must know everything you can about skiing. This is why if u have a chance to go grooming u should. If u do go up it will be another question answered for yourself ,about how the hell they get the grooming so nice or wicked shitty depending on the night.

I'm serious people just go up to your ski area at like 8- 9:30 at night and just ask.

i used to go with my old roomate in mammoth he fleet groomed. i also would go with my friend ike who was one of the guys that built main park in mammoth

itd be kinda wierd pulling an all nighter in the tiny cabin of a groomer with some random dude while he drives up and down a mountain.

its fun as fuck if you got a bunch of herb and a case of beer. the piston bullys and park bullys they use in mammoth are nice as fuck inside also with sick stereos and shit. its kinda like riding in a big video game

I've heard it's an experience. And first tracks on groomed trails are actually very, very nice.
