anyways it was for my government class. we have to propose a bill and it can be anything, like i know one of my classmates did that women cant leave the kitchen and must cook and clean when ever asked. i figure ns could come up with a few good ones, but line invader crashed the party by sucking eheaths dick. anyways i figured it out so nvm.
 
^Do you live in the states? Because if so the right answer is three words long: Costs follow results. Whenever anyone sues anyone, the loser has to pay the winner's legal costs. The absence of this law (which almost every common law jurisdiction has) is the most important reason why the USA is such a banana republic when it comes to lawsuits.
