If you do it the school will get involved, i wouldnt suggest it if you like your school.
Alright, because it's a private school, they can really do whatever they want to you. They are perfectly in their reason to kick you out at any point, as they are not bound by the laws of a normal public school.
But just on case anyone is curious, here's the rules for a public school. If you engage in a fight, or break a school rule while on your way to or from school, you are under the rules of the school. That means that if you get into a fight with someone at the gas station on your way to school, it is possible that the school can use disciplinary action against you.
