This is a shout out to all the riders who wait for all the powder days to be over, before you take your A game to the park. Now that the season is winding down Boreal has a lot of snow and we want to build. Post or send me some ideas and you just might ride it in person. Our battle arena is a great example. We take pride in our creation, so lets hear what you got. And don't ask for a 100ft table, because that ain't happening.

i probably wont be able to come because my dad is not cool with me driving up from the bay area even though im 18 kinda lame...

A really cool feature you guys could put up is an up rail set up steep enough to send you like a jump. i'll come up with more doable features later i gotta take a crap right now.

-Tree jib would be cool but only a few would hit it.
-S rail, of course would be amazing (if you guys have one, if you have one up i'm sorry I haven't been there in a while)
-Some alpine meadows-like jumps would be awesome, hate to compare to another resort but those jumps are smooooooooooooth.
-Butter box-style jumps would be really cool.
-A fat quarterpipe would be AWESOME with a landing tranny behind it as well so if you go really big you are safe.

We have a tree jib over on dutchman that is freakin radical. S rail and quarterpipe and will b up by this weekend and as for the true table, i say we all keep pushing for that one cause i have asked before and got shot down.

you guys seem like you stepped up your guys game heavily since the gaper infested president's day weekend. That's when i was there last which I wasn't very impressed with but I understand you guys didn't want gapers screwing themselves up all weekend so you had to keep the good stuff locked up, and it's boreal I know you guys always pull through.

Cliff drop/ cat track style drop.

Build a lip on the side of the bus so you can jump clear over it.

30'-35' side car jumps in upper night, so you have a 5 line of jumps that size there again.

put two c rails together so you can ride one side or switch to the other like this )(
dfd with a down rail next to the second down for transfers(exactly like the bear shoot from lss)
skimack rail from last year except with a bigger lip and gap, and set up like a mellow up rail

Alright, Alright. The posts have been read and the reviews have been made. What other mountain do you know will give back to the people. The water tower is out and a step up is in. I don't know exactly what the size is, but it is on its way. Thank the builders and make to sure to check it out in a week or two.

that thing was redic.!!! at least 90 ft. i was watching some of the snowboarders hit it and it was truly impressive.... oh idk if you guys saw but on the other side of boreal like if your going up the lost dutchman and look to your right u can see this massive like lift tower stall w/ 2 towers of snow on either side of it..its a grown ass man sort of jib

I know you guys probaly aren't even reading this because boreal staff is a joke especially the park staff... but I'll suggest it again for the twelth time to put an olly up rail at the top the run and start putting features by the old lift shack
The water tower was torn down because of the town of Truckee, not us. The gap jump was built for the flow team and I think line might be coming to play on it also. For those who hate and doubt, we do read this and take everything with a grain of salt. I pushed for the step and if it doesn't make it out in the next ten days because we close then, I can say all of this is being stored for next year. We do make stuff for the riders not the bystanders. So keep telling us what you want and don't cry it just might happen. And everyone's park staff is a joke so don't hate on ours.

i cant believe anyone actually believed that boreal would do anything that you guys asked for... they dont care, all they want is more people to come so they make more money. they only set up dope stuff for people like line or flow, not the people who ride there everyday

not slaughter dude. and I don't see how its an alias, not like hes trying to hide anything, or who he is. that account would be for YES you guessed it, marketing purposes. Just like EVERY other name thats in orange, their here for their company, and theres not a thing wrong with that. Actually its a great thing they are here, so dont knock it.

Wow! This thread got interesting quickly. Well, I'll be there tomorrow to get my last turns living in Tahoe. Kind of a bummer to hear this about Boreal. I know a lot of effort was made by a lot of people, including myself, in the beginning of the season to set this one up as the best yet. Just bummed to hear about this.

just got done putting in a really cool feature in lower night park that u guys should like a lot. it's the only one in tahoe i might add. also, we removed the transfer gap and the hips and replaced them with a jibbers paradise. hope u guys like. fuck the haters.
