^Can't say I'm too pleased. I don't think people understand quite how catastrophic this could be. I could be wrong, as no one can see the future, but the potential outlook for the next four years as far as foreign policy goes, frankly, scares me. I can see the US going into Iran and winning, and the Iranians rebuilding with complete solidarity against the west. I can see the Iraqis electing a fundamentalist, and creating a unified front against the west, which is ridiculous given the tradition of Islamic fundamentalists of warring with their own governments... things are looking bleak, and I pray that I'm wrong, and nothing happens. That's all I can hope for.... for things not to get worse.

I would say that the gap needs to narrow to less than 50,000 votes for Kerry to even have a CHANCE... and then the prov. votes can come in, I believe there are 80,000. Still probably won't win. I give him a one in ten chance.
