If i spin over my right shoulder

Cork and Bio are very different types of spin so I will explain them seperately.

Cork - Probably the easiest cork spin to learn is a corked 7. Before you try it you should have your 7's dialed and be able to tuck them up. (no pencils) Come into the jump with your feet about shoulder width apart and wind up like you would to throw your normal 7. However, as you pop, drop your right shoulder just a bit and look back down the jump. (don't focus on it and keep looking at it as that will mess up your rotation. Just have your eyes at that level and your body will follow, taking your into the corked position.) From here, it's all about staying tight in the air. Keep looking over your right shoulder till you see your landing come around the 2nd time. Spot it, open up as you're coming back on axis, and you should be good.

Bio - Bio 5's or 7's are probably the easiest. Come in with your feet shoulder width apart. Sometimes I will carve my approach just a bit as it helps to set you up for the bio rotation. (You would be doing a mellow carve to the right.) As you hit the lip, throw like you would your regular spin, except drop your left shoulder just a bit and think of taking your right arm and elbowing someone behind you in the face. I usually pop off my edges (Your Left Edges) just a bit as well and think of drifting across the jump. (You'll drift left). From there it's all about staying tucked till you come around. The amount you drop left shoulder and how much you look over your right will determine how off axis you are. Once you do it a few times you can start playing with the rotation a bit.

With both of those tricks, being tight in the air is the key. Tossing a grab in there never hurts, as it keeps you in position. (Safety grabs are the easiest) If you can, practice on a trampoline or diving board. Good luck and let me know if you've got questions...

hahaha i laughed

and yea i think the biggest thing with corks/bios/rodeos/mistys is just trying them for yourself and seeing what works

when i was trying to learn corks i learned bios by accident but that was good because bios feel more natural for me

for me doing corks i always start my spin normally that way i have a rotation set but halfway through the first 180 i look down and it brings me corked. but i duno its differnt for everyone
