HELP.

karma for all help, so help me..

basically i can't log into my account, when i do, it tells me i need to make a new password (for privacy reasons or some bullshit) but when i do make a new password, it tells me that the page has expired and i need to re do it. i've done this a few times and it doesn't work. i can't find info anywhere on the website (customer service is a fucking robotic nightmare), i can't get an email address because i can't log in and they only accept emails from members. and i can't talk to a person on the phone because its a FUCKING ROBOTIC NIGHTMARE! seriously i'm going nuts. i've been trying to fix this for like 4 days and i'm going crazy.

help for +k:

1. post the customer service email (or pm it to me)

2. if you had this problem tell me what to do (i doubt it)

3. if you know how i can talk to a real person (and i've tried, a lot. [a lot]..) let me know

anything else is appreciated

please newschoolers, help me. its not even a big deal i'm just so fucking mad at paypal right now. you mad? yes. lol why you mad? because paypal is run by fucking skynet.

that is all. plz help.

 
and for added bonus, if someone can legit fix this for me, they can have whatever is left in my paypal. which is like a dollar.. but whatever.
 
wish i could help, but the last time i needed paypal for something i was on hold for over 30 minutes, and it was long distance because i dont think they had a free number then.

they blow.
 
I sat on the phone for 2 hours once because they locked my account. they told me in order to change my password i'd have to fax my ID and a utility bill to them for review. then, they would re-activate my account. the guy told me that was the ONLY way.

then, I just went online to try and change it there. and I changed it in like 2 seconds and my account was automatically unlocked. assholes.
 
thanks ns, so heres the deal; first off, +k to all in the thread, some of you i already had at 10.

nugget - that actually worked, i just pressed a ton of random buttons while the robot was trying to talk and it basically said, idk wtf and they gave me a person.

that link^ also gave me a person right away (used the second number fyi)

but unfortunately both people i talked to told me they did not have authorization to help me, so they had to transfer me (people on phone were actually real nice) but when i got transfered i was just on hold forever. (literally said, your wait time is estimated to be more that 15 minutes, to which i say, fuck that)

thanks for the help though, really, i'm gonna try again later and maybe it won't be so busy..
 
I got locked out of my account on an important day, so I did all I could online, and stayed up to call them right at 4am pst. I didn't have to wait even for a minute. I'd suggest that, since I hear the hold times can be measured in hours.
