If i go on the mountain when its closed will i get in trouble?

go for it man, last year i hiked up cypress wen it was closed mid season to build a booter. ther were even staff workin ther gettin ready to re-open and they said nuthin
 
just wait till next season

build a summer sesh in your yard or somewhere else if you want to do jibbing, or you could go to a place where you can ski in the summer
