If everyone in the world was dead, who would know?

Why even start this thread?

But to answer the question, anyone who was in space at the time would realize pretty quickly...

The aliens currently surveying our planet would care. Either they would be sad that a race with some promise died off or that they will have an easier time harvesting the planet for its minerals.

But it really wouldn't be a big deal. It would take a couple million years but I'm sure that another species would step up to become the dominant race and the world would keep on spinning. It would sure be a crazy few years after we died off though eh?

has anyone seen the show "population zero" on national geographic?

amazing show. its about what would happen if every single person in the world vanished. its amazing, i love that show.

Its cool, all the animals in the show like go and live in the cities and stuff.

Like they say that birds would live in skyscrapers and there would be like an ecosystem and stuff in them.

ya like the house cats live up in the skyscrapers and there is enough food and water for them never to come down. its kind of cool to think about.

man, we're going to leave badass fuckin ruins. and they will be everywhere! imagine how confused the next inteligent dominant race would be if they found new york or paris or something? that would be wild

i dont know but if we died another race would probaly end up evolving into something crazy like humans

a fat kid and a really hot milf would survive, and they would have to mate, and it would be the best day of fat little johnny's life

According to The Times newspaper, 14% of people who have ever lived are alive today. Around 46 billion people have been born since 10,000BC. If everyone died this statistic would probably change.

think about what the future dominant species will think about us when they find NYC's landfill, and all the garbage out in the pacific.

Bump for sick thread Jack that what drives vans.

jans.

Philosophy - the new gansta chat.

In reference to the post, no body would know, unless there is an afterlife. I think there are too many variables to answer this question successfully without proper experimentation.

I hear property and land prices have soared in heaven due to the sub prime fiasco. There's always a winner somewhere.

man, i was writing a 80 pages essay about the sense of life for my final exam last year. and at one point i build a total-genocide-theory of what would happen if there was nothing (no earth, no sun, no universe) from one second to the next.

its a little complex, but in fact i would say that all the world problems will be over in this moment. no worries, no hunger, nothing. and a whole circle of life (which most religions believe in) continues, bringing up another universe (even modern physics forecasts this at the end of time) which will be populated by intelligent forms of life after a long time and so on...

i know, its not a solution to this question, but writing some incomprehensible stuff in long, complicated sentences (as i did in the original version of my paper) got me the A!
