don't use an actual id, make a fake. if you use a real id saying its you, and you get caught, its called a felony. if its just fake, its a misdemeanor.

what i mean is, don't take a government, or official id with a real person's name on it. If you do that, your impersonating the person, and its a felony, kind of like identity theft...

if you make a fake one from scratch, with fake everything, 'cept for picture, if you get caught its only a misdemeanor.
